INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Some of the most rewarding work I’ve done over the years has been one-on-one coaching with professionals seeking more individualized attention than I can provide in a traditional group training seminar. My coaching can be conducted virtually (both over the phone and through email) or in person – and can focus on specific leadership issues you’re dealing with or take a more broad approach by examining your overall communication and leadership behaviors. Regardless of the medium or focus, all of my coaching interactions are built upon the following five steps:

- 2. A Brainstorming Session to Clarify Your Overall Goals and Objectives
- 3. An Assessment of Your Individual Leadership and Communication Styles
- 4. A Coaching Plan Based on the Results of the Assessments
- 5. A Package of Coaching Sessions Using the Most Appropriate Technique for the Situation
(Including Shadowing, Journaling, Case Study Analysis, Role Play…)
